Manager opportunities

Our smaller stores offer a perfect first-time management opportunity for Style Consultants. Our Cluster Manager positions, accountable for a cluster of stores, offer an exciting challenge to someone with more experience. Responsibilities include:

• Setting and maintaining exceptional customer service standards
• Developing and managing successful business relationships
• Meeting store sales targets and Key Performance Indicators
• Monitoring and reviewing store and team performance
• Managing promotional activity
• Creating excitement with sales floor layout
• Cost and stock control
• Recruitment and leadership of staff
• Ensuring safety standards are met
• Day-to-day branch administration
• Merchandising stock
