Delivery

There is just one delivery charge for your order, regardless of how many items you order.

Standard £3.95 - a 2 to 3 working days delivery service

Express £4.95 - Next day delivery service. Orders must be placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday.The first available delivery day for express delivery orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday is Tuesday

Avoid School Run £6.95 - Order will be delivered between 9.30am and 2.30pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Saturday AM £7.95 - Order will be delivered between 7am and 12pm on Saturday. Order must be placed before 1pm on Friday to be delivered next day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Saturday.

Saturday PM £7.95 - Order will be delivered between 12pm and 5.30pm on Saturday.Order must be placed before 1pm on Friday to be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Saturday.

 

All deliveries will require a signature upon acceptance from our carrier

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Western Isles addresses may take longer.

Deliveries to the following post code areas will take longer: AB, DD8-11, KW, ZE, GY, JE, PA, PH, HS, PA, HS, IV, IM, TR and BT.

We do not deliver outside of the UK at present.

Existing Order?

Once your order is despatched to our carrier for delivery, you will receive an order despatch email with a unique tracking number. Please use this to check the progress of your order. If you have your tracking number to hand, enter this here

Missed Delivery?

If you have received a card and have the card reference number to hand, you can re-arrange delivery here

Free Returns

If you change your mind about anything you buy online simply return it unused within 28 days of receipt (14 days for sale items) and we’ll give you a refund.

Mint Velvet offer two options for rerturning your goods to us. Goods can returned via Royal Mail or using our Collect+ Service

For returning goods via our Royal Mail Free post Service, please make sure you complete the returns slip received with your order and include it in your package. You also need to write your details on the returns address label received with your order and stick it to your parcel. Make sure you get a receipt from the post office when you send your parcel and retain it until you’ve received your refund. Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. ***We do not accept any responsibility for items lost in transit.***

Return items at your local Collect+ Store:The new, convenient way to send or pick up parcels at your local store.You can drop off your return items at any of the local stores offering the Collect+ service, typically open early to late, seven days a week. You will receive proof of postage, insurance and an online tracking code, so that you can follow your parcel's progress back to us.
  • Go to www.collectplus.co.uk/mintvelvet and enter your postcode to find your local store
  • Follow the instructions to print off a returns label
  • Securely attach the label to your parcel ensuring that the barcode is clearly visible and that any other delivery or returns labels have been removed from the packaging
  • Drop off your parcel at any local store offering the Collect+ service
  • Keep your receipt to track your parcel at www.collectplus.co.uk/track
  • Please make sure you complete the returns slip received with your order and include it in your package
  • Within 3 weeks of receiving your returned order we’ll email confirmation your refund is being processed.

    For hygiene reasons we are not able to exchange or refund pierced earrings unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
