UK Standard: £3.95 – Order by 6pm for delivery 1-2 working day.
UK Express: £4.95 – Order by 6pm Monday to Thursday for next working day delivery. The first available delivery day for express delivery orders placed on Thursday after 6pm, Saturday or Sunday is Monday. This service is available to UK mainland postcodes only.
UK Saturday: £4.95 - Order by 5pm on Friday for Saturday delivery. If you order after 5pm Friday you will receive your delivery the following saturday. This service is available to UK mainland postcodes only.
London Same Evening: £9.95 – Order by 12pm Monday to Friday for same day delivery between 6.30pm and 10.30pm. Only available for addresses in the following postcodes: N1-22, E1-18, E20, E98, W1-W14, NW1-NW11, SW1-SW20, EC1-EC4, WC1, WC2, SE1-SE26.
Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Western Isles addresses may take longer: AB, DD8-11, KW, ZE, GY, JE, PA, PH, HS, PA, HS, IV, IM, TR and BT.Ireland
Ireland Delivery: €4.95 – Order by 6pm for delivery 2- 3 working days.
If you change your mind about anything you buy online simply return it unused within 28 days of receipt and we will give you a refund.
Within 10 days of receiving your returned item (s) at our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm that your refund has been processed. For further details please see Terms and Conditions.
There are 3 options to choose from for UK orders to be returned:
Returns to store
Simply take your order Despatch Note and the product (s) you wish to return to one of our Boutique stores (excluding concessions/department stores), along with the original payment card used to place the order. Please refer to the store locator for your nearest Boutique store.
Collect + Service
You can return your items for free by Collect+ with drop off points in over 5,500 local stores open early to late, 7 days a week. To use this service please:
1. Visit www.collectplus.co.uk, select 'Mint Velvet' from the retailer list and enter your mint velvet order number and email address. Tick the terms and conditions box and press 'Proceed'. An email will be sent to you with a label which you can print off and attach to your parcel (ensuring any original delivery labels are covered). Please enclose the Postal Returns Note inside your parcel.
2. Take your parcel to any store offering the Collect+ service, where you will be given a receipt and tracking code to monitor your parcel online. Make sure you retain your receipt until you have received your refund.
You can find your nearest Collect+ store at www.collectplus.co.uk or just text COLLECT and your postcode to 84555 (COLLECT WD17 1DU). Texts from 84555 are free to receive. Texts to 84555 are charged at your standard network rate.
Use the pre-paid Royal Mail peelable returns label, fill in your address details and attach it to your parcel. To ensure we process your refund as quickly as possible, please complete the Postal Returns Note and include it with your item (s) for return. Make sure you retain your receipt from the Post Office until you’ve received your refund.
