Delivery and Returns

UK Delivery Services

UK Standard Delivery: £3.95 – Order by 6pm for delivery within 2 working days.

UK Next Working Day Delivery: £4.95 – Order by 6pm Monday to Thursday for next working day delivery. Order by 2pm Sunday for Monday delivery. Next Working Day delivery is available to UK mainland postcodes only.

UK Saturday Delivery: £4.95 - Order by 6pm Friday for Saturday delivery. Orders placed after 6pm Friday will be delivered the following Saturday. Saturday delivery is available to UK mainland postcodes only.

Click & Collect: No Charge – Order by 6pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery to one of our Boutique stores - excluding concessions/department stores. Order by 2pm Sunday for Monday delivery. Please refer to the online Store Locator for your nearest Boutique store.

Deliveries may take 1-2 days longer to arrive to Northern Ireland (BT), Scilly Isles (TR21-25), Isle of Man (IM), Channel Islands (GY, JE), Scottish Highlands (AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50) & Scottish Islands (HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA30, PA32-34, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3).

Deliveries may take 1-2 days longer to arrive during SALE periods.

Ireland Delivery Service

Ireland Standard Delivery: €4.95 - Order by 6pm for delivery within 3 working days.

Returns Service

If you change your mind about anything you buy online simply return the item/s unused within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. For further details please see our Terms and Conditions.

UK Freepost returns service

  1. Add your address to the Freepost returns label received with your order and attach to your parcel - ensure the original delivery labels are covered.
  2. Complete the Postal Returns Note and enclose with your item/s inside your parcel.
  3. We will email you confirmation your refund has been processed. Refunds can take up to 10 days to process.

UK Collect+ Service

Visit www.collectplus.co.uk or text COLLECT and your postcode to 84555 (e.g. COLLECT WD17 1DU) to find your nearest Collect+ store. Texts from 84555 are free to receive. Texts to 84555 are charged at your standard network rate.

  1. Visit www.collectplus.co.uk , select 'Mint Velvet' from the retailer list and enter your order number and email address. Tick the terms and conditions box and press 'Proceed'.
  2. Attach the Collect+ label you receive by email to your parcel - ensure the original delivery labels are covered.
  3. Take your parcel to any Collect+ store, where you will be given a receipt and tracking code to retain until we email confirmation your refund has been processed. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process.

Returns to Store

Return your item/s to one of our Boutique stores - excluding concessions/department stores. Please bring the original despatch note and payment card used to place the order. Please refer to the online Store Finder for your nearest Boutique store.

Returning items from outside the United Kingdom

  1. Complete the Postal Returns Note and enclose with your item/s inside your parcel.
  2. Post your parcel to Mint Velvet c/o Clipper Logistics, Etheridge Avenue, Milton Keynes, MK10 OBB, United Kingdom. Please ensue the correct postage is paid at the time of sending. We will email you confirmation your refund has been processed. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receipt.
