RETURNS SERVICE

Our standard returns policy has been extended for Christmas. Orders placed from 6th October 2014 - 24th December 2014 can be returned up until 31st January 2015 and are subject to our Returns Policy.

If you change your mind about anything you buy online simply return the item/s unused within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. For further details please see our Terms and Conditions. This is in addition to your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

UK Freepost returns service

  1. Add your address to the Freepost returns label received with your order and attach to your parcel - ensure the original delivery labels are covered.
  2. Complete the Postal Returns Note and enclose with your item/s inside your parcel.
  3. Make sure you obtain a 'proof of postage' certificate which you should retain until you've received your refund.
  4. We will email you confirmation your refund has been processed. Refunds can take up to 10 days to process.

UK Collect+ Service

Visit www.collectplus.co.uk or text COLLECT and your postcode to 84555 (e.g. COLLECT WD17 1DU) to find your nearest Collect+ store. Texts to 84555 are charged at your standard network rate.

  1. Visit www.collectplus.co.uk , select 'Mint Velvet' from the retailer list and enter your order number and email address. Tick the terms and conditions box and press 'Proceed'.
  2. Attach the Collect+ label you receive by email to your parcel - ensure the original delivery labels are covered.
  3. Take your parcel to any Collect+ store, where you will be given a receipt and tracking code to retain until we email confirmation your refund has been processed. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process.

Returns to Store

Return your item/s to one of our Boutique stores - excluding Portsmouth Gunwharf Quays or concessions/department stores. Please bring the original despatch note and payment card used to place the order. Please refer to the online Store Finder for your nearest Boutique store.

International Returns (exc UAE)

  1. Complete the Postal Returns Note and enclose with your item/s inside your parcel.
  2. Visit https://mintvelvet.returnsunlimited.com/ to place your return.
  3. Enter your order number, email address and country and click Continue.
  4. Enter your item/s for return and reason. Click Order Information.
  5. Fill in your home address details as used to place your original order. Click Delivery Options.
  6. Select the postal return service. Click Continue.
  7. Confirm your return by clicking Place Return.
  8. Print the returns label and attach to your parcel.
  9. Post the parcel at your local Post Office.
  10. We will email confirmation that your refund has been processed. Refunds will be processed upon receipt in the UK.

International Returns (UAE)

  1. Complete the Postal Returns Note and enclose with your item/s inside your parcel.
  2. Ensure your item/s are securely wrapped and the below return address is clearly visible on the parcel.
  3. Post the parcel at your local Post Office and pay the correct postage at the time of sending.
  4. Make sure you obtain a 'proof of postage' certificate which you should retain until you've received your refund.
  5. We will email confirmation that your refund has been processed. Refunds will be processed upon receipt in the UK.
