HR Officer

We are looking for a full time HR Officer to join our HR department based in Head Office, High Wycombe. This is a busy and varied role, where you will provide generalist HR support across the business, with a focus on recruitment and learning & development processes.

Job Description

Job responsibilities include:

  • Support HR Manager, to ensure the HR department meets its objectives in supporting the business; Recruitment, LTO, L&D, Employee Relations & Talent Management
  • Develop Company recruitment process, to ensure the Company attracts the best candidates
  • L&D; assist on development and delivery of training courses
  • Provide generalist HR support in the absence of the HR Manager
  • Communications; deliver internal HR and Company intranet communications
  • Support and coach managers on performance management process
  • Payroll processing
  • Key skills and knowledge:

    • Previous Generalist HR experience
    • CIPD qualified and of degree calibre
    • Excellent organisation skills and high level of integrity and discretion
    • Ability to build effective relationships and communicate with employees at all levels
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • Ability to work to tight deadlines, juggle multiple projects and deliver under pressure
    • Experience in social platforms for employee communications and recruitment process
