Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate and self-driven individual to join our dynamic marketing team as Marketing Coordinator. As a brand with a distinct handwriting, we’re looking for someone who can understand and interpret our tone of voice through the language used in copy creation, deliver a program of relevant content, and crafted events and activity, ensuring consistency across all of our communication touch points.

You will need to be a passionate and creative individual with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organisational, communicational and project management skills. The successful candidate must have proven experience in fashion marketing and demonstrate an accurate interpretation of Mint Velvet’s handwriting through copy. You must be forward thinking, driving new ideas for content and activity to push the brand forwards, and be comfortable juggling a number of tasks in a fast paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination of the brand Ingredients – pulling together a set of rules that identify the brand through pictures, words, and tone, to be used as a guide for all Marketing activity and communication touch points
  • Devising the creative content for the season alongside Digital Marketing & Content Manager and Senior Social Media Coordinator to include emails, homepages, MAGAZINE articles, printed media and podcast
  • Ownership for the flow of the MAGAZINE including all copy writing and collaborator partnerships, as well as thorough reporting on performance
  • Strategic planning for charity partnerships
  • Creative copy writing for all marketing communication touch points
  • Ownership for the store marketing program
  • Event planning

We’re looking for a permanent and full time Customer Care Advisor to join our friendly and dedicated Customer Care team at our Head Office in High Wycombe. The working hours will include some weekend, bank holiday and Christmas cover. As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll deliver exceptional customer service via email and over the phone to assist with issues regarding orders or returns, providing a bespoke and personal service to every single customer to meet their needs. You’ll liaise with our Distribution Centre and Couriers to resolve issues with orders and also liaise directly with our stores.

You’ll need to have proven experience dealing with customers in either an office environment or shop floor and have excellent communication skills specifically in building relationships with customers. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, consistent and flexible, and the right candidate must be able to use their initiative when dealing with customers. You must demonstrate an appreciation and understanding of the importance of customer care as a function within the business and you’ll need to be able to apply the Mint Velvet brand culture in everything you do. You’ll need to be an inspirational, helpful and informed role model and know, wear and live the Mint Velvet style.
