Toast to the warmer weather, lighter evening and season of celebrations with one of our favourite drinks

RelaxedGlamour Cosmopolitan

#RELAXED GLAMOUR COSMOPOLITAN

YOU’LL NEED:

40 ml vodka citron
15 ml Cointreau
15 ml fresh lime juice
30 ml cranberry juice
Ice cubes
Mint

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Add the vodka citron, Cointreau, lime juice and cranberry juice to a cocktail shaker and give it a good shake

Strain twice into a large cocktail glass

Add a slice of lime to the edge of the glass to garnish

Finish with a sprig of mint

 

PROSECCO
SUMMER STYLE

Give your prosecco a summery twist by adding a fruity finish.

YOU’LL NEED:

1 bottle of Prosecco
½ passionfruit (flesh included)
Squeeze of lime juice
Splash of elderflower cordial
Splash of pomegranate juice
Fresh strawberries, raspberries or blueberries

PROSECCO SUMMER STYLE

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Pop the Prosecco in the fridge to make sure it’s nice and cold for serving

Mix the fruit juices, cordial and passionfruit together

Distribute evenly between 4-6 champagne flutes

Top up with Prosecco

Finish with a fresh fruit

FRESH LEMONADE

FRESH LEMONADE

Refresh yourself with delicious homemade lemonade.

YOU’LL NEED:

3 unwaxed lemons
140g caster sugar or golden caster sugar
1l cold water
Crushed ice

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Chop the lemons and then add to a blender with the sugar and half the water

Pour the mixture through a sieve into a jug or bowl and press through as much juice as you can

Top up with the remaining water

Serve with ice and an extra slice of lemon or lime

TIP: Serve with a sprig of rosemary for an extra kick
