World Gin Day has to be one of our most favourite national days, June 9th comes and goes far too quickly. So to celebrate, no matter what the date, we’ve pulled together our favourite Gin cocktails for you to enjoy!

THE BRAMBLE

Short, fragrant & delicious!

You’ll need:

  • 40ml gin
  • 20ml sugar syrup
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 10ml creme de mure
  • Berries or lemon zest for garnish

Take a large measure of dry gin and shake together with the lemon and sugar syrup, pour over crushed ice and drizzle the crème de mure through the drink. Garnish with a lemon zest or some fresh seasonal berries. A true party pleaser – enjoy!

ELDERFLOWER COLLINS

Fresh & fruity!

You’ll need:

  • 50ml gin
  • 20ml lemon
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • 10ml elderflower cordial
  • Soda to finish

Shake up the gin with the lemon, sugar and a dash of elderflower cordial. Pour over rock ice and lengthen with sparkling water. Decorate with a sprig of your favourite herb, we recommend mint. If you’re feeling like a true cocktail connoisseur then top with sparkling wine to make an Elderflower Royale.

TOM COLLINS

Sweet & classic!

You’ll need:

  • 60ml gin
  • Dash of fresh lemon juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • Lemon to garnish
  • Soda to finish

Add to a cocktail shaker and shake the ingredients together over ice. Strain into an ice-filled tall glass, top with soda water and garnish with a slice of lemon and/or a cherry.
