How do you deal with the highs and lows of being in the limelight?

The highs I sometimes didn’t appreciate so much or took them for granted and the lows, I would tend retreat and not want to do it anymore. I found it hard to find a balance when I was young but now it’s dead easy.

Would you do anything differently?

Looking back, there’s nothing I would do differently. Everything happens for a reason and it’s all about the journey – and we went on a big one!

How has your career changed from the early All Saints days to now?

It’s changed so much from all those millions of years ago to now. I just enjoy it more, I appreciate everything, I take the time to enjoy just being with the girls. Returning to all saints has been amazing we’re having the best time – the time of our lives really.

Has motherhood changed you as a band?

Motherhood has DEFINITELY altered the dynamic of the band because our priorities are different. Our priorities are our children and everything else is secondary.

What’s the best thing about being a mum?

The best thing about being a mum is seeing my daughter grow into a beautiful woman!
