What advice would you give your 20-year-old self?
I would tell her to not take it so seriously and just enjoy the whole thing.
How do you deal with the highs and lows of being in the limelight?
The highs I sometimes didn’t appreciate so much or took them for granted and the lows, I would tend retreat and not want to do it anymore. I found it hard to find a balance when I was young but now it’s dead easy.
Would you do anything differently?
Looking back, there’s nothing I would do differently. Everything happens for a reason and it’s all about the journey – and we went on a big one!
How has your career changed from the early All Saints days to now?
It’s changed so much from all those millions of years ago to now. I just enjoy it more, I appreciate everything, I take the time to enjoy just being with the girls. Returning to all saints has been amazing we’re having the best time – the time of our lives really.
Has motherhood changed you as a band?
Motherhood has DEFINITELY altered the dynamic of the band because our priorities are different. Our priorities are our children and everything else is secondary.
What’s the best thing about being a mum?
The best thing about being a mum is seeing my daughter grow into a beautiful woman!
