Area Manager

Due to the continued growth of Mint Velvet, we are looking to recruit a new Area Manager to cover the North West and Midlands. As Area Manager you will assume responsibility for a group of 20 stores including Boutique, Concession and JLP, with at least 15 direct reports. Your key responsibilities will include development of Store Managers, directing all aspects of service, visual and operations to ensure the brand is delivered across the Area to the highest possible standards.
