If you would like your purchase to arrive beautifully gift wrapped, we offer a luxury gift box which you can add to your order for £5.00. Our stylish box comes with a velvet ribbon fastening and a blank gift tag, for you to add your own personal message.
This service is available in our boutique stores and online deliveries for the UK and Ireland only.
Some items are too large or bulky (i.e. outerwear, footwear and large handbags) to be gift wrapped, and therefore the gift box will be removed from your order. For any queries please contact our Customer Care Team on 0345 456 2200 (Ireland: +44(0)1494 956720) or email us at email@example.com.
We are unable to refund any gift wrap services on cancelled or returned orders, unless in accordance with your legal rights. Please also be aware that we are unable to split deliver orders so, if you have more than one gift that is to be delivered to more than one person, you will need to place separate orders for each item that you would like gift wrapped.
Tick the gift receipt box if you would rather not show the recipient how much the item cost. The recipient will be able to exchange their item in boutique stores only and any refund requests will be made back to the original payment card. Please note for any items in an order which a gift receipt has been requested for, the price labels will be removed.
