Retail Operations Administration Assistant
Mint Velvet is looking to recruit a Retail Operations Administration Assistant to work alongside the Retail Operations Manager to support and improve all operational aspects of retail. Based at our Head Office in High Wycombe, this is a fast paced and varied role with great potential for progression
Job Description
Job responsibilities include:
- Collating and sending weekly reports to stores
- Co-ordinating store openings both in the UK and internationally
- Working with the Retail Operations Manager to assist with the stockloss objectives
- Supporting all health and safety aspects of the business
- Managing stationery
- Contributing to the long term development of the Retail Operations function by assisting in setting up processes and drafting procedures
- General administration
Key Competencies, Knowledge and experience:
- Suited to an enthusiastic, highly organised and motivated candidate
- Exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Excellent written communication skills with good levels of spelling and grammar
- Effective and efficient with data management
- Efficient time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, juggle multiple projects and deliver under pressure
- Suited to someone who is an excellent team player but can work unsupervised on occasion – demonstrating use of own initiative
